Backyard Elevation and Turf Makeover in Prosper, TX

This project was a complete backyard overhaul designed to create a clean, level, and family-friendly outdoor space. We started by building a 30-inch retaining wall so we could backfill and level the yard for better usability. Below the wall, we added boxwood shrubs and finished the area with decorative landscape rock for a polished look. At the yard entry, we installed a gravel walkway with modern paver stepping stones and continued the landscape rock along both side fences for a low-maintenance border. We also poured a new concrete slab in the back corner for a future shed. To complete the space, we installed a four-hole putting green and added dog- and kid-friendly artificial turf throughout the entire backyard, giving the homeowners a lush, evergreen lawn that’s perfect for play, entertaining, and practicing their short game.
